DBSARC Province level Social Action and Research Centre,

The department is headed by Fr. Christopher,

Fr. Arokiadoss is Assistant Director who is also taking care of the INM Mission of the Thurumbar desk.

They have 7 full time staff, 5 Project staff.

1. DBSARC is doing animations on promoting Constitutional Rights in all our Salesian Presences...

2. DBSARC implements projects from SURABI, projects connections with target communities like Dalits, irulars, Thurumbar and gypsies.

3. Formation of cadres and educating young people from the target communities.

4. They are reaching out with the support of Civil Society Organisations and lay network partners Right based issues and planning for suitable interventions...

5. This year the department focuses on setting up various desks and its missions...
